I’m Laura, a London based Registered Dietitian and health writer. I offer 1-2-1 appointments, nutrition consultancy and media services.
With over 10 years of nutrition experience, I specialise in a number of areas including weight loss, sports nutrition and the low FODMAP diet for IBS.
I’m passionate about helping you understand how the food you eat affects your health and wellbeing. I want to bridge the gap between what goes on your plate – and what happens in your body, by making nutrition science easy to understand.
